How to serve

6-9 months

9-12 months

Continue with finely ground pumpkin seeds or smooth seed butter. Mix into soft, scoopable foods like mashed avocado or mashed sweet potato.

12+ months

Serve finely ground or as a smooth butter. For older toddlers with developed chewing skills, finely chopped pumpkin seeds can be mixed into soft foods with close supervision.
