This page explains how to delete your account in Avo Studio: Baby Photo Editor
(com.kiroglue.lookalikemomordadsimilarityparents) and everything we hold about it. You do
not need an account to read this page, and you do not need one to use the app — signing in is
optional, and the app works fully without it.
Who we are. The Avo apps are operated by Avo Parenting, a sole trader based in Istanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us at linasoft2021ee@gmail.com.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Avo Studio.
- Tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
The deletion happens immediately. You do not need to be signed in with an email address — if you have never created one, this still deletes the anonymous account your photos and credits are attached to.
Delete by email
Write to linasoft2021ee@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or — if you never created one — from any address, telling us enough to identify the account. We answer within 30 days. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it, which for an account with an email address means replying from that address.
What is deleted
Everything we hold that is tied to your account, permanently and without a recovery period:
- the account itself and its sign-in credentials;
- every picture you have generated, including the unwatermarked copies kept for subscribers;
- your credit balance and the record of how credits were spent;
- the answers you gave during onboarding;
- any photos still held from an upload;
- diagnostic error records that carry your account identifier;
- feedback and theme suggestions you sent us that carry your account identifier, including any reply address you gave with them.
What was never stored in the first place
The photos you feed into a generation are not kept. They are sent to the image model, used to make your picture, and never written to our storage. The same is true of the look-alike feature, which measures facial geometry entirely on your own device — those measurements never leave the phone, so there is nothing of that kind for us to delete.
What is retained, and why
- Nothing that identifies you. Aggregate counts that contain no identifier — how many pictures were generated in a month, for example — are not tied to you and remain.
- Your purchase records are held by Google Play, not by us. We cannot delete those, and Google keeps them for its own tax and accounting obligations. Google's privacy policy covers them.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
A subscription is bought from Google Play and lives with your Google account, not with your Avo Studio account. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions before you delete your account, or it will keep billing you.
Analytics and advertising identifiers
Google Analytics and Meta have received an anonymous account identifier from the app. Deleting your account stops anything further being sent, and we will pass a deletion request on to those services on request — email linasoft2021ee@gmail.com and say so, and we will do it as part of handling your request.
